You know it's going to be a good day when the sun begins it's upward travel in a way that makes the fluffy clouds light up.
And the morning dew on the tips of the wild strawberry plants appear like tiny diamonds.
Can't beat a day like that!
Hope you had a day that sparkled too.

What perfect photos! On tuesday I said it was an absolutely perfect day (minus the black flies). Looks like you had one too.
ReplyDeleteWow gorgeous photos! The way the dew is laying on the leaves is so pretty! Great eye. :)
ReplyDeleteoh! love the sun flare! thanks for stopping by my blog and saying hi!
ReplyDeleteoh those fluffy white clouds barbara!
ReplyDeleteoh when the golden children were just kids, in trenton, ontario, we used to go on hikes and lay on the grassy forest grounds and look up a the clouds as they drifted by.
we used to imagine that our aunt della who live a couple of hundred miles away and who we really loved, was looking at those very same clouds!
shucks..what did little kids know about weather. for all we knew she could of have been having a sad and lonely rainy day and was thinking about the golden kids and how nice it would be to have them come visiting!
after we had spent the time looking at the clouds barb, we would go and pick the wild strawberries and when we got home i would make "jam" for us all and spread it over bread!
this post of yours has brought back these precious childhood memories to me.
thank you for taking the time to write it!
love terry
